CNO’s worksite group, Optavise, is hiring a Benefits Configuration Analyst to be responsible for developing and maintaining configuration changes of benefits administration software based on business and customer requirements. Benefits Configuration Analysts assist with gathering, developing and documenting configuration requirements. Additionally, they will assist with planning and executing configuration tasks within set deadlines.

As a Benefits Configuration Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Providing support in developing, implementing, defect mediation and testing configuration for multiple clients.
Serving as a consultant to incoming and existing clients, advising them on best programming practices and set-up.
Working directly with users and customers to identify needs and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues related to basic system configuration
Identifying and analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
Performing detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations and renewals.
Diagnosing problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement
Being a QA for Partner Vendor Configurations and audit as necessary.
Acting as project lead during renewals and coordinate the collection of information and communicate with all departments.

Understand benefits administration systems or HRIS software configuration.
Qualified candidates will have:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Proficient is Benefits Administration systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
3 years of experience in software configuration and training, or related field.
Ability to handle and resolve all client issues.
Must be able to interpret benefit plans and translate those plan designs into our technology. while maintaining compliance to meet ERISA regulations as well as SOC2.
This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote . This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and is pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
