CNO Financial Group Client Delivery Analyst-Remote in Central or Eastern Time Zone in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
CNO's Worksite Division is hiring a Client Delivery Analyst is responsible for the collection, organization, and maintenance of client benefit plan information, preparation of client communication, benefits educator training materials, and coordination of interdepartmental activities related to benefits enrollment. This is a fulltime position that can be remote from home.
This is your opportunity to be in a customer-facing role and formulate client delivery team objectives and priorities while providing assistance with on-going yearly service requirements.
As a Client Delivery Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Contribute to successful project implementation and ongoing client delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teammates and bridging any gaps with the client and internal teams. Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive deliverables and adhere to project timelines.
Create project calendars, edit enrollment guides, prepare, and manage document revisions to benefits training materials. Implement and coordinate telephony call trees, benefit landing pages, facilitate URL setup, and produce client FAQ sheets.
Take notes during team meetings and client calls for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
Audit Benefit Educator/employee enrollment calls and transcribe contents for review and report results to internal and external teams.
Monitor and internally report on KPIs (advocacy and transparency utilization, new hire appointment capacity, file delivery timeliness and accuracy, enrollment participation, premium production, etc.).
Recognize key issues and suggest best practices and solutions for process improvement.
Support resolution of client escalations, service requests, and trouble tickets.

Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, healthcare management, communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of client-facing professional experience required. Strong preference for experience in life and health insurance, employee benefits, HR-consulting, or related field.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).

CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and we will be pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
