CNO Financial Group Account Management Associate - Remote for US based Central or Eastern Time Zone in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company, is hiring an Account Management Associate to build, trusting customer relationships with a small portfolio of clients. After the initial sale, and post implementation, the individual will act as the lead point of contact with the client. In this capacity, the Account Management Associate will act as an advocate on the client’s behalf and ensure that the client remains successful with their worksite solution. The key measures of success will be client retention, utilization of the solution by the client’s members, adherence to best practices, and the ability to create client references.
This is an opportunity for you to utilize your sales and account management background to nurture and grow existing relationships. As an Account Management Associate, you’ll strategize with internal teams to maximize client utilization of available services.

Building an understanding of clients’ long-term business and benefits strategy and communicating this across relevant internal
Facilitating communication initiatives to meet engagement goals and address Client’s benefits strategy. Ensuring that delivery resources are engaged appropriately and in a timely matter.
Tracking client’s key objectives to ensure they are being met.
Advising and engaging with client’s key executives and operations team members.
Generating ongoing value-focused reporting and communications with the client and ensuring that the client is aware of product and service advances underway.
Ensuring that the Product Development, Implementation, and Sales teams are kept apprised of any news or developments that warrant their involvement.
Addressing risks swiftly and communicating effectively with sales and internal leadership appropriately for involvement/mitigation.
Leveraging resources where necessary in contract renewal negotiations.
The Account Management Associate position is well-suited for you if you:
Built a successful track record of servicing mid-market employers.
Work through/with Brokers and HR
Give presentations with ease and confidence.
Collaborate both with internal and client resources to find solutions.
Can be introduced during the initial sales process and make a positive impression with a prospect.
Communicate effectively and efficiently in both verbal and written form.
Quickly learn to use internal systems that support the role.
Can travel.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
3 years of proven client focused experience in the Employee Benefits, Insurance Brokerage, and/or Health Care industry.
Solid organizational skills: ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent listening and communications skills.

This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
