CNO Financial Group Supervisor, Customer Service Ops in Chicago, Illinois

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Supervisor, Customer Service Ops to manage a team of approximately 10-15 call center advocates. The ideal candidate should be service oriented and welcome the fast-paced environment of an inbound call center.

This is your opportunity to lead a team in maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

As a Supervisor, Customer Service Ops , your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and reinforcing performance

  • Timely preparation and facilitation of goals

  • Monthly feedback sessions and performance reviews

  • Facilitating Staff Meetings

  • Performance related actions (promotions, disciplinary action)

  • Efficient and timely handling of complaints

  • Analyzing metrics and reporting opportunities for continual improvement

  • Interviewing prospective replacements for call center staff

The Supervisor, Customer Service Ops position is well-suited for you if you have:

  • Self starter and self directed qualities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to express ideas effectively regardless of the audience

  • Ability to plan and coordinate the work of direct reports

  • Outstanding analytical and team building skills

  • Solid time management skills

  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor

  • Proven track of high performance

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree, in a related discipline, or 8 years of relevant experience as an equivalent

  • At least 7 years of related work experience required

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and we are pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week.
