CNO Financial Group Product Development Coordinator-REMOTE from any US based location in central or eastern time zones in Chicago, Illinois

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Product Development Coordinator for day-to-day oversight of marketing administrative projects, including interaction with creative design, marketing specialist and marketing managers.

This is your opportunity to serves as administrator to the field advertising platform including programming and tagging new collateral, managing service desk tickets and conducting field training sessions.

As a Product Development Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with marketing services team to ensure collateral is up to date in various states and compliance requirements are being met.

  • Helping with the production, approvals and activation of product collateral.

  • Reviewing proofs and drafts of collateral, promotional items and other marketing communications when necessary.

  • Facilitate requests such as consumer-facing presentations, agent training and field materials that relate to the various products sold.

  • Support detailed communication and project coordination efforts through multiple data management systems.

  • Facilitate the approval process by establishing relationships throughout the company as it relates to the communications topic and/or product type.

  • Create and coordinate frequent reviews of advertising collateral.

  • Interfaces with strategic partners to develop/maintain strong working partnerships.

The Product Development Coordinator position is well-suited for you if you:

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication or related field is required.

  • One year of hands-on experience working with marketing activities in a corporate environment is required.

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and is pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60 mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
