As a LTC Claims Auditor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Objectively assess the quality of claim transactions processed by all claim examiners

  • Identify and help implement changes that help LTC with the quality and consistency of decision-making and claim processing

  • Effectively present and discuss issues with business owners and work collaboratively with management to develop achievable action plans

  • Track and communicate open audit items (OPUS follow-ups) to ensure timely closure and to comply with all process controls

  • Identify and communicate best practices for process improvements

  • Seek potential opportunities for process improvements in the Audit process, as well as the Claims and Consumer Relations processes
