CNO Financial Group Learning Media Analyst - REMOTE from Chicago in Chicago, Illinois
CNO Financial Group’s Learning & Development department is hiring a Learning Media Analyst to focus on system administration, data analysis and media production. In this role you will be running the systems that support learning delivery through data analysis, business requirements gathering, and video production.
As a Learning Media Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with peers and leaders on video system needs and communication strategies.
Being the administrator of the media systems required to support the training and development objectives defined by the department.
Have analysis and evaluation of metrics on a monthly schedule, pulling data from various systems and combining into Domo or Tableau, minimally Excel.
To intake and configure content for systems that serve as libraries by defining audience and maintaining metadata and lead a regular review on content.
Defining appropriate utilization data, design reporting, and automate delivery to the metrics team.
To act as the Lead to build create solutions and mentor facilitators and designers on the systems.
Working in partnership with the media team to handle the pipeline of broadcasts and recordings required to deliver content to the appropriate person, team, or system.
The Learning Media Analyst position is well-suited for you if you:
Have video and audio editing experience and able to maintenance and operate the Broadcast Recording Studio.
Can establish relationships with the team to deliver meetings and webinars as needed.
Can participate in broadcasts and recordings at company events.
Able to set up and strike equipment such as lighting, backgrounds, cameras.
Can work closely with management, graphics, legal and compliance to uphold consistency and prioritize user experience.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management required and media production
Strong verbal and written communication.
2 years or more with learning technologies and/or video production experience.
Live in the Chicago area to record and work from the office campus as needed although this is primarily a remote opportunity, plus some travel to company events is required (<10%).
What will set you apart:
Having experience with Panopto or a similar video hosting platform preferred. Experience with video and audio editing with some combination of comparable tools: Adobe creative suite (Premiere, Captivate, Photoshop, After Effects, Camtasia).
Ability to lift/move minimum 50 lbs. of video equipment.
This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. However, due to recording and editing work to be performed in the Chicago office, this role must be performed from a commutable distance to Chicago. You will need to be located within a commutable distance of the office, and your work time will be split between work-from-home and in-office. On average, you will work less than 5 days per month from the corporate office.
CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022, and we look forward to working together again. Candidates for this role need to reside within a 60-mile radius of the Chicago, IL corporate office. Primarily you will work remote.
