The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Sr. Field Operations Coordinator who plays a crucial role in assessing and validating business performance metrics related to bonus incentives. This position involves analyzing data to ensure accurate bonus calculations and maintaining an up-to-date organizational chart for the field hierarchy. Key responsibilities include managing agent profiles, tracking new groups, processing recode requests, and investigating compensation discrepancies. Additionally, the Sr. Field Operations Coordinator oversees BNA processes to ensure compliance and security in handling agent banking information and serves as a backup for other business functions.

As a Optavise Sr. Field Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate business performance metrics to ensure alignment with bonus incentives, driving organizational success.

  • Analyze comprehensive data and reports to confirm the precision of bonus calculations and disbursements, safeguarding financial integrity.

  • Develop and maintain a dynamic, up-to-date organizational chart detailing the field hierarchy, including tracking significant changes in agents, roles, and reporting structures.

  • Oversee the tracking of all new groups and deliver insightful reports to the agency bonuses team, ensuring seamless integration with bonuses, awards, and other recognition programs.

  • Expertly review and process recode requests related to agent or company errors in field compensation, investigating discrepancies to determine and execute appropriate corrective actions.

  • Generate and maintain regular, actionable reports for the Field Leadership Team, identifying key conservation opportunities to enhance performance and retention.

  • Utilize advanced database systems to update and maintain accurate profiles for all agents, ensuring current and reliable contact information.

  • Review holds codes on agent profiles and implement necessary actions to guarantee timely and accurate compensation delivery.

  • Lead the BNA (Benefit Now Account) processes, including the secure handling of kits and banking information, ensuring compliance with audited procedures and maintaining high security standards.

  • Serve as a designated backup for critical new business and BNA functions, ensuring continuity and coverage during PTO and other absences.

The Optavise Sr. Field Operations Coordinator position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Demonstrate strong self-motivation, accountability, and a proactive approach to responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Combine advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage and resolve complex tasks and issues.

  • Foster excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration and information exchange in a team environment.

  • Utilize a variety of technologies and systems, including advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, etc.), MS Teams, and other digital tools, to optimize workflow efficiency and task management, with the flexibility to adapt to new tools and platforms as needed.

  • Maintain a thorough familiarity with worksite competitor products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to insurance licensing and agent compliance, ensuring strategic insights and strict adherence to legal standards.

  • Balance a presence in the Carmel office for 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma in general studies.

  • 3 years of experience in agency licensing, insurance operations, or related fields.

What will set you apart:

  • Associate’s degree in the field of general studies or equivalent 4 years of experience.

  • Preferred: Licensed in the insurance field.

  • 4 years of experience in agency licensing, insurance operations, or related fields; familiarity with regulatory requirements related to insurance licensing and agent compliance.
