CNO Financial Group’s 40|86 Advisors are hiring a Sr Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
This is your opportunity to provide complete support to the VP and management staff as assigned.
As a Sr Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Type reports, memos, letters and other documents.
Prepare important documents and presentation materials in PowerPoint.
Answer/screen phone calls and take messages.
Set-up and clean-up before and after meetings.
Sort, distribute mail.
Send, receive and distribute FedEx/UPS packages.
Scheduling of Call/Video conferences, booking conference rooms/hoteling space and calendar management.
Book flight, hotel, ground transportation.
Register executives for conferences and seminars.
Create, submit expense reports for business trips, business meetings, seminars, trainings, exams, company and individual dues, etc.
Manage Infolinx off site storage.
Assist with mortgage origination loan procedures such as, creation of loan binder, uploading documents to P8, and preparation of letters, etc.
Filing private placement documents.
Serve as back-up for other AA.
Prepare and distribute agendas or other meeting materials as necessary.
Ensure smooth functioning of the department by monitoring levels of, and ordering as necessary, office supplies; making and tracking service calls for malfunctioning equipment; routing paper checks, paper files, and other correspondence to the proper department personnel, etc.
The Sr Administrative Assistant position is well-suited for you if you:
Are a self-motivated individual with a polished, professional disposition, and organizational skills.
Hold the ability to interact well with internal and external clients.
Have superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Are energetic, driven and resourceful.
Possess the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
Qualified candidates will have:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years of related work experience.
Executive management support experience preferred.
Notary Public preferred.
