CNO Financial Group Project Data Analyst (Union Market) - Remote in Central or Eastern Time Zone in Carmel, Indiana

CNO Financial Group, is hiring an Implementation Analyst to keep internal teams and external stakeholders on schedule through all phases of implementing Optavise initiatives including Union & Association market focus, data alignment and cleanup, new product launches, third party carrier relationships including reporting and tracking of Optavise agents union certifications.

As a Union Market Implementation Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own primary accountability for project deliverables and customer satisfaction of new client implementations; day-to-day point of contact for agents during discovery, kickoff, requirements discussions and weekly status meetings with involved teams.

  • Promote and facilitate high levels of communication to manage and resolve internal delivery expectations, updating all stakeholders of project timelines and deliverables. Recognize common issues and suggests solutions for process improvement and efficiency.

  • Develop and lead regular implementation meetings with agents and internal workstreams to facilitate high levels of communication surrounding clients’ benefits-related goals and initiatives. Manage expectations, anticipating possible issues and steering behavior towards overall goals of the projects.

  • Manage multiple internal workstreams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and meet requirements; serve as primary escalation point for Optavise projects assigned and leading internal teams to solve project problems.

  • Ensure that all project details are confirmed and in place including enrollment scheduling, hierarchy setups.

  • Organize field working sessions as needed to complete discovery and requirement gathering phases of a project or drive to agreement on open issues including internal entities involved as needed.

The Union Market Implementation Analyst position is well-suited for you if you have:

  • Project Management skills, attention to detail, and an ability to oversee multiple projects. Must be highly organized and able to accurately work with large amounts of data.

  • Experience and demonstrated skills utilizing Smartsheet to including reporting, dashboards and automation.

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.

  • Exhibit a professional and consultative demeanor with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Must be a self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing multiple projects.

  • Experience with Smartsheet.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Excel, Miro, Tableau etc.

  • Minimum of two years of insurance or related industry experience preferred. Strong preference for experience in life and health insurance.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 8 years of experience in directly related role accepted in lieu of degree.

This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote . This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. CNO Financial Group offices reopened in April 2022 and is pursuing a hybrid working model. Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) will have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and work from home at least 3 days/week. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
