CNO Financial Group Facilities Experience Coordinator - On-site in Carmel, Indiana

Salary Range : $20.35 - $30.53 Hourly

CNO Financial Group is hiring an on-site Facilities Experience Coordinator (FEC) to greet associates and guests, actively support associates’ facilities needs, coordinate and support events and activities in Carmel, and understand and carry out all building safety procedures.

As a Facilities Experience Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinate associate social events; in partnership with communications create communication material and cascade appropriately.

  • Partnering with the corporate events team and/or business areas and providing facility support for large meetings and events.

  • Ensuring building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc).

  • Perform proactive facilities assessments and submit trouble tickets, work orders and requisitions

  • Serving as the point of contact for both associates and building management and be is a visible and knowledgeable ‘go-to’ resource.

The Facilities Experience Coordinator position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Are comfortable communicating building issues and informing and updating associates on resolutions.

  • Are able to keep the office and meeting rooms organized and equipped.

  • Are able to provide support for basic building systems for associates and their guests (i.e., coffee, vending, lighting).

  • Can manage work-orders, including investigating, advancing and resolving open tickets in partnership with key building vendors.

  • Are experienced in working with an Emergency Response Team (ERT)

  • Can collect keys and key cards upon associate termination, providing to Security

  • Are experienced in coordinating a desk reservation system and special parking requirements.

  • Can provide remote assistance or support for FEC responsibilities at other sites.

What you’ll need:

  • Associate's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in Hospitality and Facilities management.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • To think quickly with unexpected challenges arise while multi-tasking other assigned duties.

  • Availability to occasionally work extended hours in order to meet altered timelines and/or events.

  • Current location within a commutable distance of Carmel, IN.

  • Customer service and event coordination experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to proactively anticipate and complete special requests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.

  • Ability to meet and work well with all levels of employees and guests.

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues and communicate creative solutions beneficial to CNO.

This role is affiliated to the (Birmingham / Carmel / Chicago / Orlando / Milwaukee) corporate office, and candidates for this role need to reside within a 60-mile radius of that corporate office and will be required to come into that office. Compensation

Pay Range: $19.77 - $29.65 Hourly
