Salary Range : $52,200 - $78,200 Annual

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
CNO Financial Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Division is hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to analyze, identify, assess, and monitor risks across the enterprise.
This is your opportunity to participate in collaborative efforts with business partners conduct assessments of processes and systems for identification of potential risks.
As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Perform moderate to complex risk assessments.
Partner with accountable parties on assignments to provide guidance on risk tracking.
Complete work timely and accurately to ensure project objectives and deliverable deadlines are met.
Research industry best practices, share concepts, and apply principles to risk management strategies for assigned projects.
Support a risk management culture mindset across the enterprise through coordination and educational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members within ERM and across the enterprise to achieve risk optimization; heavily interfaces with the business, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit.
Assist in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of key risks (i.e., credit, insurance, market, operational, etc.) and provide timely reporting and analysis on the effectiveness of control processes.
Complete special projects as assigned.
The Enterprise Risk Analyst position is well-suited for you if you:

Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Risk, Data Analytics, Audit or related field.
Three years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Insurance industry.
Experience in insurance industry and/or IT preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $76,100.00 Annual
